One of the largest entertainment companies in the world (located in KC) is looking for a Manager, Oracle Human Resources Manager System (HRMS)!

Then answer these questions:  Can you write, maintain, support and analyze a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools (e.g. Oracle Reporting, KBACE and SQL)? Can you develop user procedures, document, and train clients to ensure efficient use of Oracle HRMS by Human Resources team?   • Bachelor’s degree in HR Information Technology, or other appropriate field or commensurate experience
  • Possess current knowledge of all Human Resources areas including employment law, federal/state laws, EEO, applicable statutes, Workers --Compensation, Employee Leave, and other compliance issues
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle HRMS (EBS) R12. Should have in-depth knowledge of Core HR and Payroll and working knowledge of Advanced Benefits
  • Skilled in leading HR process design related to the efficient use of Oracle
  • Ability to define Oracle HR systems strategy, develop systems requirements,  test, train, define support procedures, and implement practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment with close attention to detail. Self –Directed with ability to handle multiple tasks and keep tasks on schedule
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality by exercising tact and maturity in sensitive situations
  • Ability to interpret, understand policies and relate them to others
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Ability to exercise initiative and judgment as well as make decisions within the scope of assigned authority
  • Solid knowledge of computers and software applications including Oracle HRMS and file transfer technologies (FTP, SFTP)
  • Ability to work with various levels of business users (technical to non-technical)
  • Strong analytical, change management, task/project management and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of Relational Database, data structure
  • Strong aptitude for technology and learning new Software systems methodologies that will enhance job performance
  • 5+ years HRMS experience with in-depth knowledge of Oracle applications and HR business processes.
  • 5+ years of experience working with IT and/or offshore development teams on Oracle HR application enhancements/bug fixes
  • 5+ years aggregate Human Resources experience
  • 1-2 years experience with in-depth knowledge of Oracle R12
  • 1-2 years experience with data mapping and conversion
  • 1-2 years experience with database scripting (stored procedures, functions, etc.) and integrating various types of data sources
